1. Introduction to the theme
- a theme based or general introduction
- student's questions
- film or video material with discussion
2. Expansion of the theme
- work on the various aspects of the theme in working groups using
eyewitness accounts, documents, exhibitions and film - alone or together
with educational
department staff - discussion with eyewitnesses
- creative exploration of the theme in workshops
3. Conclusion
- presentation of results from the working groups
- discussion of experiences, feelings and knowledge gained during the day
- relevance of the site's history to today's society
