Synopsis: US journalist Ruth travels to Poland with her father Edek in 1991. There she wants to get to the bottom of her Jewish family's legacy. Over the course of a week, father and daughter grow closer. Ruth and Edek experience emotional, but also humorous and grotesque moments. Together they uncover old secrets.
The jury of the German Film and Media Rating awarded the film the rating ‘particularly valuable’.
