The outside area of the Sachsenhausen Memorial and Museum will be open again for visitors from 5 May

After the Memorials have been closed since March 14 due to the corona pandemic, intensive preparations are currently being made for their reopening. The outside area of the Sachsenhausen Memorial will be open for visitors again from 5 May (Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm). The museums at Sachsenhausen and the Ravensbrück Memorial as well as the Memorials in Brandenburg an der Havel and Leistikowstrasse Potsdam are also to reopen as soon as possible.

After the reopening, the hygiene and distancing rules that are still in effect, must be strictly observed in the Memorials.
