The documentary film "Nelly & Nadine" tells the love story of two women who fall in love with each other in Ravensbrück Concentration Camp in 1944. The film will be followed by a discussion between Antje Bernhardt and Andrea Genest. more

Historian Camille Fauroux presents her research on the history of French female forced labourers, particularly in Berlin, and their trajectories to the Ravensbrück Concentration Camp. more

On the weekend of 2 and 3 May 2026, the Ravensbrück Memorial Museum will commemorate the liberation of the Ravensbrück Women’s Concentration Camp. The central commemoration ceremony will take place on Sunday, 3 May, at 10 a.m. more

On 17 May 2025, museums and memorial sites around the world will mark International Museum Day, highlighting their role as places of education, remembrance and research. To mark the occasion, the Ravensbrück Memorial Museum invites visitors to join a public guided tour. The tour will be held in German. more

01. June 2026 – 15:00 - 17:00 Uhr

The association ‘Die Flamme der Hoffnung-The Flame Of Hope e.V.’ commemorates the children, their mothers and fathers who died in the Ravensbrück concentration camp on the occasion of International Children's Day. A wreath-laying ceremony will then take place at the new memorial site. more

2 August is the European Day of Remembrance for Sinti and Roma persecuted and murdered under National Socialism. To mark this day of remembrance, the Ravensbrück Memorial Site is commemorating the history of the persecution and murder of Sinti and Roma with a programme of events. more
